Building Demolition and Park Installation

Stanford University - Terman Engineering

Demolition of the existing five-story building (148,818 SF) and surrounding landscape/hardscape. New park installed in lieu of building.

Western and Northern slopes re-graded to meet the lower level at reflecting pool. New stairs, ramp and walkways included to access lower reflecting pool level.

Existing reflecting pool refurbished and remained as focal point.
