Malone Exterior Remodel and Garage Rebuild, Palo Alto, CA

The project consists of upgrading the exterior of the main house with new finishes, windows and a new pitched clay tile roof. The existing house had a leaky flat roof.

We are replacing the existing Garage in the rear of the house with a new one-car garage and work-shop structure. In addition we are creating a new outdoor kitchen and shade structure for out-door living in the back yard.
